Benefits of Surah Al-Mulk

Surah Al-Mulk (Chapter 67 of the Quran, 'The Sovereignty') is a 30-verse chapter rich in spiritual lessons, reminders of creation, and profound divine protection.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) mentioned that Surah Al-Mulk intercedes for its companion. In a authentic Hadith recorded by Tirmidhi:

"There is a Surah in the Quran which contains thirty verses which kept interceding for a man until his sins were forgiven. This Surah is 'Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion' (Surah Al-Mulk)."

Recommended Practice: Reciting Before Sleep

It was the sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh) not to sleep until he had recited Surah Al-Mulk and Surah As-Sajdah. Reciting it nightly builds a protective routine and reinforces awareness of Allah's absolute sovereignty over life and death.
